In the bar 82 you hold the octave down with the thumb and pinky and play the other notes with the other fingers whilst holding it down, either that or just use the pedal.
In the bars 11 and 14 since they are both within the timescale that you lift the finger when the next note is being played they won't crash, worst case scenario: It sounds like one C being held for the entire time, best case scenario: you lift them a bit before they "should" end and succeed to play them a bit "staccato" like. Just note that it isn't legato.
